I recently came across a new launch of “Prosperiti beyond concrete project”. It has a low density with four to five apartments per floor in a high-rise building, with only 3 towers and a three side roads, the floor layouts are also good for a 3BHK+HT room of 3600 sq ft.

However, when I reached out to sales team, they informed that they had closed sales for the new project by releasing only 100 flats and all are SOLDOUT!!

On a side note, I also heard that they are facing land issues. If anyone has insights into this project, please share your thoughts.

Hi peeps, I noticed there are many people in this group discussing about flats, projects and I’m seeking some expert opinions.

I’m looking for a luxurious 4BHK apartment or a 3BHK with a multi-purpose room in a gated community. Specifically, looking for a spacious, low-density apartment with a ceiling height of 11 feet or more must have good ventilation.

I’ve been searching for apartments for almost six months plus, and noticed these Tier-1 and Tier-2 real estate companies are not reducing the sq ft price, even though there are NOT many buyers (according to my research from various sources). However, these sellers are posting their properties with agents and real estate portals. On the other hand, when I look at builder websites or speaking to their sales representatives, there’s a lot of inventory, but the prices are not decreasing for real-time buyers.

If you have any suggestions that meet my requirements, please DM me or share the project names in the comments.

If you know anyone who is willing to sell in the range I’m looking for, please let me know.

Note: I’m not looking for immediate possession. I’m interested in projects that are ready to launch, EOI, or pre-EOI. The ideal time frame for me is 2030 or 2031.

I missed an opportunity with DSR builders in Rajendranagar location at a price point 7200/- per sq ft including amenities and car parking, additional floor rise + corpus and maintenance is what we have to pay.

Aurum by Sree varaaha too is an option but the quoting price is 3.4cr+ for 3681 sq fr apartment.
