I emailed privacy support asking for resources on where or how to ask for data deletion under GDPR along with the deletion of my account since I couldn't find anything of the sort on the app or website.

They replied with some links redirecting to the same stuff you find on their website, and said they can't delete the account for me, which, yeah I knew that and wasn't asking for that.

I asked again, even more specifically now in a way they couldn't possibly deflect or interpret weirdly, and they wrote:

"Hi,

Based on the information provided, we

are unable to support your request

further.

Since we are treating this matter as

closed, any responses to this email will

not be monitored.

Does anyone know how on earth I can write to them about the request, if even possible? All I want is to make sure I submit a GDPR request so that I can delete my account peacefully (even if I know they of course won't delete all my data, but at least this way I legally asked them to), or would it just be better to change all my information on my accounts, wait for a bit so my old info gets overwritten hopefully, even if they'll keep all my saves and likes and archive, and then delete my account normally as you would do on the app or website without any sort of request?

My keybinds are left mouse click for ability and right mouse click for alt ability, but nothing I do seems to be working, do I have to press something else? (yes I know you need the upgrade for it)

How can it be that I cannot do ANYTHING without verifying, including accessing my account settings?? I open the app and NOTHING comes up except the popup to verify with Persona and I cant do anything else. At all. This has got to be many levels of illegal junk, I'm using a VPN now.

Can I do anything about this? Yes I know deleting reddit and all that, but how can I email them about the concerns of all kinds of violations of privacy and not only that. It just seems weird to me that all we can do is leave reddit.

Neither gamepasses or roblox plus work, as the requirements for gamepasses to be visible now include an age check and the same goes for receiving robux from other people through plus.

Are giftcards the only way? The majority of people here seem to be US based while I'm from Europe and I'm afraid they may not work due to regional restrictions or may have some weird fee or conversion thing. I'd love to know beforehand because I've already had 3 ruined trades due to us not knowing everything needs an age check now :')
