Women’s clothing pt2

So for context this was my previous post please read :3 !

But I just finished shopping and holy crap when people talk about vanity sizing in women’s they are anything but wrong! Literally I’ve gotten a ton of clothes in sizes ranges from (XS-XL) but taking a tape measure to the store with me is always a help and I’m so happy with the clothes I’ve gotten for myself and I love how they fit me! I still do feel dysphoric when having to size alll the up to a L or XL on Aeropostale Henleys :/ but I keep reminding myself they make clothes for extremely petite women and I’m not a huge ogre :>

Women’s clothing

Hii Reddit I (19F) have become secure enough with myself and transition to start presenting as female and dressing in female clothing after being on HRT consistently for 2 years (I know it took very long..) and I was wondering how do I jump into women’s clothing? With men’s clothing I just wore oversized (XL/L) everything to cover up the bodily changes I was experiencing from HRT and various diets and exercise routines and also I was just overall insecure with my body. I’ve been figuring out my style lately and I like the 2000s abrecombie hollister aero girl next door Elena Gilbert style because it covers you up whilst also giving you a more feminine silhouette. I’ve began by taking my measurements but my female friends are telling me it’s pointless to do that since a small in one shirt could fit like a Large and the other small could fit like a children’s small, but overall I’m very confused rn my measurements are

Upper bust: 33 (16.5 pit to pit) inches Bust: 34 inches Under bust: 30 inches Waist: 24 inches Hips: 36.5 inches Shoulders from bone to bone: 14 inches Deltoid to deltoid: 16-16.5 inches

I’m 5’7 and around 118lb for reference I prefer my clothes looser in the chest and shoulder area (I’m still dysphoric about that part of my body and do not want it to be highlighted at all) and maybe some definition around my waist area, I was talking to ChatGPT about it and it just kept telling me a XS/S but I don’t think the ai is taking into account I hate my shoulders and chest area and I don’t want it highlighted at all.. but anyway if any trans woman on here can relate to this please give me some advice on how women’s clothing works please and what should I look for for my goals! :)
