How can I tell if what I have is rib flare?
I can’t add pics but I’ve lost 62KG in the last two years and my chest/ribs seem very big and poking out a lot which makes me look bigger and makes my body dysphoria go crazy!
Any advice would be great and I can also send pics of my chest/ribs in dms!! Thank you

Anyone know what this is and how to fix it? (Same when I’m standing up)
Is this rib flare or is this just the way my body is? I have lost 62kgs in the last two years, struggle to use weights cause of the medications I’m on so just do my steps and walking/dancing around mostly!
Any help is appreciated thanks
