I am 39 years old (turning 40 in August) and about to TTC again after TFMR at 20 weeks in April 2026. Last time, it took us 8 months to conceive our TFMR baby girl. She had a "de neuvo" genetic duplication and micro-deletion on two of her chromosomes. Genetic counselor said it was not due to age and it was just bad luck.

We will not be pursuing IVF due to health reasons. For those who are 40 and over and have successfully conceived spontaneously: what are some tips or ways to approach TTC journey after TFMR so it's not too stressful or daunting? Thank you so much in advance!
