Easy microwave Alfredo Hack

I want to share one of the easiest and tastiest meals that has become a go-to meal for me when I’m tired and hungry.

First you need a bowl of plain cooked pasta. Could be left-over spaghetti noodles. Could be a bowl of plain microwaved (drained) ramen noodles.

To your bowl, add one slab of butter (about a tablespoon), a splash of heavy cream, and cover with parmesan cheese (grated or powder). Add a bit of minced garlic (or garlic powder) to taste.

Microwave 2 mins then stir it all together. The cheese should melt into the cream and turn into a nice delicious sauce. Add salt and pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Enjoy!

Once you make it you can add more or less of each ingredient to your personal taste- if it’s too runny try less cream, for example. I love lots of garlic and lemon but some people might not like those at all and leave them out.

Detergent - do I need lipase if I use FEBU

I apologize if this has already been covered but there is a LOT of info on this sub and I can’t find this specific answer.

Still figuring this out but learning a lot. I have been trying to find a good unscented detergent with lipase but they are often out of stock. I got the Tide powder but I was surprised how quickly it was used up despite being a large box. I wasn’t sure on the amount to use but went to #2 on the scoop for my old front load. (I suspect my husband filled it up)

I got some detergent sheets from Costco because they had lipase and claimed to be eco friendly but the scent is strong and they leave gummy residue on the machine so I’m not a fan.

Basically finding lipase detergent is harder than expected so I’m wondering if I can just skip that search and get the FEBU off Amazon and use a regular unscented detergent?
