Hey!
I’m 29M moving to nyc for work.
I’ll be working around WTC and have previously lived in Jersey and Virginia.

I’m primarily looking for a studio of 1B/1B with an ideal budget under $2500 but upto $3000 for the right place and a move in timeline of 1st July - 1st August (flexible and can work from home initially)

I do not mind traveling but would like areas skewing younger, lively and definitely would love to stay close to a park. Open to Queens and Brooklyn with upto 45 mins of commute to WTC (don’t believe Manhattan fits the range)

Hoping to seek you guys’ wisdom :)
Currently it looks like areas near prospect park may be worth looking to and LIC.
