My 29m Bf always leaves the door wide open when he shits and it makes the whole room smell like ass. Not to mention the groaning and squelching. It genuinely drives me crazy and upsets me but it doesn’t feel worth being angry about. His parents didn’t particularly teach him what I like to call “basic consideration”, so I try to have some grace and patience. But damn, another part of me KNOWS he’s too grown to not know better. To top it all off, it’s usually in our downstairs bathroom. Which is smack in the middle of the living room and is the very first thing you walk past when entering the house. It just fills the entire bottom level with shit smell.
It’s not only him I’ve known to do this, I’ve had girl friends say the same thing about their bothers and bfs. Is this like a dominance thing or what? lol. No one wants to hear or smell your turds!!
