My bf was working as a car salesman and wants to go back. However he currently has a suspended license due to getting into an at fault accident with no insurance (car insurance sued him for the repairs and he didn’t know about the court date the he missed two payments on his payment plan and they took his license). He also has -12 points or so on his license (all from driving with a suspended license). What can we do to get him back to car sales? Willing to do pretty much anything at this point including moving! (We live in VA currently)
I told him that he could file for bankruptcy to get rid of the court debt (it wouldn’t be a lie we actually can’t afford that debt) but that still leaves us with his point balance. Is there any hope? He was great at selling cars and we need the money desperately.
