Good afternoon, I encountered the problem of a non-working PC - it does not start, absolutely:

Palit GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GameRock
Aerocool vx-600
Amd ryzen 5 5600
Motherboard Amd b550m pro-vdn
2x8 Kingston fury ddr4 3200mhz
Spg gammix s-60 512 gb and 2 hdd with 1tb and 512 gb

When trying to start, nothing happens, not even the coolers are promoted, not to mention the output of the picture. Only after reconnecting to the outlet, at startup, the CPU LED on the motherboard blinks once and everything that the power supply on the back of the computer continues, you can charge the devices. When you press the start button again, nothing lights up
