“If you’d stop eating out it’d be easier to save”.

I don't like eating outside of my house unless is an emergency, and even at that, many times I would just stop at a grocery store and get stuff to make us a quick sandwich in the car and bring home the rest.

My children take home-made lunches to school, not sandwiches but an actual meal which could be left overs or cooked in the morning. We are used to it.

I always carry food/snacks with me wherever we go, I even have a cooler in the trunk that stays there permanently unless I need the space.

This year so far our only day we ate out was on May 4th, because we were not going to make it on time for me to cook at home before fainting. I spent exactly $51.37 between my 3 children and myself.

Let's guess I did that every single month. Please tell me again how many houses and vehicles I would have bought with that money?
