Is this realistic/functional?

I'm building a world for a novel I'm (eventually) going to write. I know this is probably excessive, but I'm working in the first city the main characters will visit, and wanted to get a feeling of what everyday life would look like, so i made a little text abt the economy. I have little to none knowledge about economies, so i wanted to ask if this makes sense:

Economy

Kilghar’s economy is dominated by the factories in the center of the city. These factories are bought by nobility and rich people, and many townspeople work here. A few of them are owned by the crown, such as The Bakery, a massive bread factory that also sells bread very cheaply. The workers are paid around 2 silver coins per week. Anyone that works outside the factories pays a tax of 4 silver coins a month, or 48 silver coins a year. Farmers and cattle breeders live outside the city walls, and the crown takes part of their produce. For farmers, the crown is allowed to take the produce of a fourth of their total, and for cattle breeders a sixth. Here are the estimated values of some things, though they often change:

(1 Copper = 1 US dollar approx)
(1 Silver = 10 US dollars approx)
Meat (kg): 1 silver, 5 copper
Chicken (kg): 1 silver
Fish (kg: 6 copper
Vegetables (kg): 2 copper
Cloth (m2): 5 copper (cheap cloth), 1 silver (medium quality), 2 silver (expensive)
Bread (kg): 1 copper (cheap), 5 copper (common)
Ale (liter): 5 copper
Wine (liter): 5 silver (medium to good)
Fruit (kg): 3 copper

How's my reference sheet?

It's my first time doing a reference sheet (this one is specifically for artfight). I know there are inconsistencies in the skirt-thing, but idk i was too lazy to change it, it's like an alternate design. She is a goddess of wealth and abundance, so i tried to add those kinds of elements to the design. (I know i should fix the inconsistencies, and i will but i wanted to know if there's anything else i should add). I have pencil drawings of a masc form and her hair from the back

What do you think of the monsters i'm writing?

(english is not my first language, so maybe i wrote everything wrong)

So, i'm planning on writing a novel in the future (it's not specifically horror but i'd like the monsters to inspire some fear), and i'm now worldbuilding. So, i thought of this monsters that are created by aether (a magical material that possesses various properties, used for alchemy) leaking into corpses. They are basically deformed zombies that sing to attract prey, as anyone who hears them singing enters a trance and basically sleepwalks to the creature's location.

(detailed explanation): Grave singers are dangerous creatures that live mostly on the east coast. They came from different portals coming from the Aether, specifically the Crimson Aether. They manifest as humanoid creatures, with tight skin, sticking to the bones. They wear dark shrouds that cover most of their bodies, except their head. As they have no eyes they are blind and guide themselves by touch, and also a supernatural sense for living beings, water and fire. Many grave-singers have deformed bodies with extra fingers, eyes and teeth on random body parts and strange tumors. They attack by singing with their teethless mouths in eerie melodies that lure people to graveyards, forests or dark alleys. Then, the grave singer consumes the person by drying up their bodies of all blood, water and fat by unknown means. Grave singers are very mysterious and most of their modus operandi is supernatural. Some tales say they look like that because they are mummies or corpses possessed by crimson aether, but this is highly improbable as this substance tends to reduce everything it touches to powder. Others say it’s Gray Aether instead, as this substance is more stable, but these theories are mostly fairy tales, as aether is mostly unknown and there are very small quantities existent in any of the realms.

(The dried thing means the preys are left basically like mummies)
