AIO -being replaced
My sister who lives across the country is having a huge party with lots of friends and family. We are very close and I told her I was going months ago. In fact I was the first to respond. We planned that I and my youngest daughter would stay in her spare bedroom. Today she tells me that our neurotic, manipulative aunt (this is how we describe her) is staying in that room with HER teenage daughter. I get a blow-up bed to put “somewhere” as there are other people staying in her home. And no mention of where my daughter would stay.
I tried to play it off as a joke but I am really hurt. It’s like the two of them had a conversation and my sister decided that I was on my own. Like I mean nothing. My aunt has more money than god and can get a hotel room so I don’t understand why me and my daughter were kicked out and literally left on the floor. And this isn’t one night. I was planning for a few days. I’ve had a pit in my stomach to the point of not wanting to go. AIO?
