That light touch on your arm during conversation

I hate it!!!!! I've heard that it's a way of reinforcing social bonds or something, but it feels so overstimulating! Stop lightly touching my arm ALL THE TIME!!! I think it's worse that it's a light touch as well and not a firm one. I try to be polite and shuffle away but people just press closer and go back to lightly touching my arm with every second sentence. Stop!!! I'm begging you!!! It puts me in such a horrible mood, trying to stay polite while trying not to rage from the sensory overload. And I know people don't mean anything by it so I'd feel terrible if I said something about it. But it's driving me up the wall ahhhh
