I have been on compound zep for about 6 months now and have not lost any weight. I am at60 units and still not much is going down I was 230 when I started answering still 230 now . I work out hard 3 times a week and notice0eat less I even have less of desire to fi ish the meals I have. But idk what else should I bee doing ? I take anti diarrhea medicine once a week
