Nykaa Scam
I faced a really frustrating issue with Nykaa� today and wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else.
I added a product to my cart during an offer/sale. In the cart page, the discount was clearly applied and it showed:
Bag Total: ₹4,499
Discount: ₹4,100
Final Amount Payable: ₹469
Everything looked normal until I clicked “Proceed to Buy.”
But when the payment page opened through Amazon Pay UPI, it suddenly showed the amount as ₹1,575 instead of ₹469.
This honestly feels misleading because:
The offer appears successfully applied in the cart
The final payable amount changes unexpectedly during payment
There’s no clear explanation why the price increased
Users may accidentally pay the higher amount without noticing
I’ve attached screenshots as proof.
Has anyone else faced this issue with Nykaa?
Is this a glitch, hidden condition, or something else?
People should definitely double-check the payment page before completing transactions.
