Small brick and mortar dessert shop in a small downtown in CA

Small dessert shop in a small downtown in CA. Has sales been doing slow for everyone? It definitely has been for us. I am trying everything, updating instagram, TikTok almost everyday, doing ads (it burns money so fast that I cannot continue), yelp ads, yelp connect updates. Trying to give coupons to nearby coffee shops, boba stores and other gyms etc to get business, but nothing seems to work. Anything else I can do to get people to my door? We only have 16-50 customers per day (50 is on weekends if it is good).

Sales is not doing well for dessert shop

hello. I opened a dessert shop that specializes in cream puffs in a downtown area in California. it’s not a big downtown and does not have a lot of foot traffic but there are many foot spots like boba store, coffee shops, bistros on the same streets. all of them are doing quite well whereas us we only get 19-30 customers on the weekdays. it’s absolutely terrible. I have tried posting on social media daily, yelp ads which burns money super fast, google ads, facebook/instagram ads, asking influencers to do videos but none of that seem to help much. sales have also plummeted. we have been only open for two years. any idea why this could be and anything else I can do?
