Was looking at edhrec and got sort of confused when I saw [[Colossal Grave-Reaver]] at the top of high synergy for a deck ran by [[Scion of the Ur-Dragon]].

As far as I know, these cards would almost be a little anti-synergistic at face value, no? If you had grave reaver on the battlefield, and activated Scion to put any legendary dragon into graveyard, grave reaver would reanimate it, but then you’d have to move either it, or the Scion, into graveyard right? Since Scion becomes a copy of the card it puts in your graveyard until end of turn?

It kind of would make using Scion’s ability more awkward for legends right?
