I keep trying to build a base on uthmi beta and some cocksucker in a red suit keeps coming over and fucking with me.. I dont know their name but damn... everytime I try to settle into the GH I get effed with.. what gives? He did it twice tonight.. I have pvp turned off but why do people keep coming and fucking with me? WTF?

Went tonight to check out the Galactic Hub Capital City and got shot at by other players while I was flying around... Not very welcoming...
