Ordered 4 alloy wheels from Boodmo over a month ago. Only 1 wheel got delivered, and I received a refund for another one. The remaining 2 wheels are showing “delivery rejected by customer” on tracking, even though I never got any call, message, or delivery attempt from the courier.

I’ve raised more than 20 support tickets regarding this issue, but their support system doesn’t provide any proper customer care number to contact. Every ticket just gets generic responses with no actual resolution.

It’s been more than a month now and I’m still stuck without the products or a clear update. Has anyone else faced something similar with Boodmo? Any way to escalate this issue or get an actual response from them?
