I am currently using the Gigabyte X870E AORUS PRO ICE (Rev 1.1) for my new PC build. I am trying to use my WD Blue SN550 2TB NVMe (Model: WDS200T2B0B-00YS70) for my OS boot device as it has Win 11 Pro already on it with all of my sh*t. But no matter what NVMe slot I put it in, the BIOS does not detect it. I have used this particular NVMe in a Mag Tomahawk X570 Wi-Fi motherboard, and it worked fine. I then tried it out on my partner's PC, which has a B550 Pro4 motherboard, and it didn't appear either. I have updated the BIOS to the latest version on the new board (Gigabyte X870E AORUS PRO ICE (Rev 1.1)) and still nothing. I have tried what feels like everything... and nothing is working.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: I just put my wife's SN570 (WD Blue) into the Gigabyte X870E AORUS PRO ICE (Rev 1.1), and it worked straight away... so please advise that Gen 3 M.2 NVMe's do not work with the Gigabyte X870E AORUS PRO ICE (Rev 1.1)...
