Will the new moonlight cape have different designs in different locations
The FAQ in their website doesn't say much about it

I have some doubts that there may be a cape for the moonlight experience cape, first of all there aren't any leaks and the official website doesn't say there will be a cape. Let me know if I'm wrong. Btw, if the cape isn't coming out what will happen to the pre-orders?
