Lines on my fingers are gone

This isn't that bad but my fingers look really gross since I started clipping the skin off a few years ago, 7 out of 10 are calloused near the top and don't have lines like in the pictures (thumbs are probably the worst).

Will the lines come back if they're left alone? Also will the callouses go away on their own or is there a way to get rid of them?
