I inherited some stuff that really doesn’t have any sentimental value. Platinum, gold and diamonds. I took it to a jeweler and they said they don’t buy used. Can anyone offer a recommendation?
There is absolutely no incentive to being that kind of person anymore. If he wasn’t born into being king, there’s no way he’d be at that podium. We’ve given the stage over to the loudest grifters and morons, even decent people are pulled down into the mud. Nobody wants to feel talked down to, so having a high level of education and decorum gets you ousted. “Meritocracy” has done the opposite, debased our leaders to the lowest common denominator. There’s something to be said for monarchy, in that a person is able to be more principled, more honest and more intellectual than our system of “meritocracy” would tolerate.
This is why women love it so much, it’s like a girl brain. Everything is vibes, the reasons are hidden, you manipulate it and it tries to manipulate you. You ignore and look away to let it know you’re not approving. It tries hard to get your approval again. Very subtle but it’s like interacting with your girlfriends. They love the algo.
