Hey everyone, if negative equity is a factor in a lease where is this annotated on the contract?
In the attached photos, the 36k was the payoff amount of my Rav 4. 32000 value and 4k negative equity.
1st lease and I am not seeing the negative itemized as if on a loan/purchase contract that I have seen before. Thanks!
3rd photo is what I am am used to. Where you can see trade value and amount owed. On my lease, I am not seeing this. Thanks.
Background info: I might have to return the vehicle due to possible lemon status.
