I been working as a Salesman at Best Buy for about 3 years now and I feel like management is pretty chill when it comes to goals through February through September but when it gets to October, November, December and January they get really aggressive to workers about goals. They are always on me about goals through the holidays and even get frustrated when I made my CC or MM pitch a HUNDRED times to the customer when the customer said no. But when its not the holidays, they don't get on you or be pushy to you about goals.
I understand Best Buy needs to hit goals and make money, but it feels like the managers get a bonus for the store hitting goals on the holidays.
