Started last August as POD. Got a handful of sales but just couldn't get that conversion. LAst sale on POD was in December. End of February I overhauled the entire shop to digital. I'm now sitting at about a 1.9% conversion rate. Still low numbers but I'm getting a sale almost daily. Thoughts?
