I’m currently speaking to someone and we live in the same city it’s been a few weeks and he’s only spoken about meeting a few weeks later?

We’ve only seen each other pictures but surely if a man’s interested in you they will want to meet straight away or at least by now he would make plans for the following week?

I’m not sure if i’m overthinking it but from previous talking stages the men i’ve spoken to want to meet within a 1 or 2
