Different symptoms for different triggers?

Bit of a strange question but has anyone ever experienced slightly differing symptoms depending on the trigger?

I’ve got a few different allergies including dogs, cats, pollen, dust mites and mold. I’m used to the symptoms I get every summer of itchy nose and eyes, sneezing, lots of mucus etc, but for the last 2 years, I’ve been struggling to figure out some symptoms I have - which are basically a subset of the symptoms I usually get but not fully.

I have a blocked nose constantly and lots of post nasal drip, but not really much mucus I can blow out, and I also don’t have significant sneezing or itching. I’ve confirmed no structural issues so it’s not that. I did think though, that I’ve not always been fully exposed to dust mites and mold as far as I know. Those allergies I’m only aware of because of blood tests.

So yeah, has anyone found that their symptoms differ at all between allergens? Do you think I could perhaps have dust mites or mold developing somewhere in my living space?

Any thoughts or suggestions welcome! I’d appreciate it greatly.
