Intuitive Empath here, recently discovered my abilities. I’ll be scrolling online or on social media and something I see will feel like a strong energy is pulling at me. Often my nostrils flair out and my nose will twitch like a bunny rabbits up and down quickly or scrunch.

I can’t tell if I’m sensing something tied to negative energy or if I’m just being sensitive to a vibrational shift.

Anyone experience this?
