i’m trying to mew rn i’m 15 with an extremely small palate and i’ve been reccomend mewing since im only 15 but why is it so uncomfortable like having my young suctioned to the top of my palate and breathing through my nose is so tiring i just wanna mouth breathe 🥀🥀 does it actually have any good results
