Was in the process of getting my COE for my VA home loan, but then got a response saying they need more information on my length of service. Well when I took a look at my NGB-23 form, my last 2 years are not on there! No periods of lost time either during my contract. The colonel that did my discharge did her part in saying I successfully completed my obligation and was honorably discharged after my full 6.
Anyone ever had to get their records corrected? And how long did the process take?
I’m so annoyed by this!
Already submitted for all of my LES’s for those missing periods for “proof” I attended drill.
And my unit has since been disbanded. 😭
