I have an issue with the sound on my BOOX Palma 2 Pro. The sound works normally at first, but after the device is locked and unlocked a few times, it simply stops working. It does not come back until I turn the device off and on again.

This problem has been happening for months. I tried different settings, eventually did a factory reset, and today I updated the system to the latest version. Unfortunately, the issue still happens.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem, and is there any solution?
