My personal experience with EF

I wanted to share my experience from last summer because, honestly, it was one of the best adventures I've ever had. I spent two weeks in late July/early August in Sliema, Malta with EF.

Going Solo for the First Time

This was my first time traveling completely alone without family or friends. I’ll admit I was pretty nervous at first, but it turned out to be the best decision. If you’re scared of going solo – don't be! You’re never really alone there.

The Schedule

What I liked was how the days were structured. We had a "zig-zag" schedule:

  • One day: Classes in the morning, free time in the afternoon.
  • Next day: Free time in the morning, classes in the afternoon.

This was perfect. When we weren't in school, we were exploring beaches, swimming, and soaking up the Maltese sun (and yes, it was very hot!).

Social Life & Evenings

The vibe in Sliema is amazing. Evenings were spent in the city or at parties, and there was always something to do. Some of my favorite memories are just sitting with everyone late at night, talking about everything and realizing how much we’d miss this place (we all in fact miss it sm)

My fav part

The most valuable thing I took home isn’t just better English, but the people. It’s incredible how fast you bond with others. We are still in touch today, even though I miss them (and our trips) every day.

+since I enjoyed my trip to Malta, I decided to become an ambassador myself so if you have any questions about EF I am happy to answer! I can offer you a free brochure and a discount
