The stock Google app is constantly incorrect where I live (BC, Canada). Right now it says it's 14 degrees but my other apps on my phone all say 16, the high forecast for Google is 16 (60F) but the other apps say 20 (68F). Are there any alternatives with tiles and complications?

Hoping someone knows if this is possible- would like Turbo Alarm to vibrate on my watch but not my phone. It wakes up my husband when my phone vibrates but I don't wake up well to the ring tone alone. Any suggestions? (I have a Samsung phone so I can't use the stock alarm app.) Thanks!
