Hi everyone! My name is Drake. I’m looking for another roomate to take over one of the rooms in my 3-bedroom 2 bathroom space in Bushwick (off Halsey Street).
*Looking for someone looking for a year lease or long term sublet (the room wont be furnished)
Room is $1100 + 1mo Security Deposit **bills range from $130-220 per person depending on season (the room is the one on the left in the video)
The apartment has: • Dishwasher • In-unit washer & dryer • Huge open living area • 5 min walk to the J train, 14 min to the L
The place is beautiful and such a huge space- My landlord and I also have a great relationship. I’ve been here 4 years and love it!
Move-in is June 1st,—if you need to start moving things into one of the rooms earlier, we can definitely work that out.
The apartment will be mostly furnished, but I’m totally open to switching up the common space if you have pieces or ideas.
