I’m looking for underrated places or overlooked districts in to visit.
I’m not into the luxury escape stuff, I want culture shock, hang out and get drunk with the old locals type stuff.
We always see Kigali, gisenyi, musanze etc…
Less than 10 districts out of 30 are mentioned
