I was thinking of making my portfolio and to include as follow

1. ai ugc videos for skincare
2. supplement/wellness products ad/ closups
3. for fashion brands
4. 2 good animated short film 2-4 min
5. hyper realistic ad which is difficult to distinguish

i want to know what all actually pay and really have demand so i can work on them to sell and also want what are the pricing/packages

I have a marketing agency, we recently started it (3months)
We have served 4-5 clients mostly boutique and cafe.
A gym approached us in delhi for marketing and smma. As it is our first gym, how much do you think we should charge and what services to sell and how do i convince him for the price too. Also, is the gym niche good for marketing?
