If you had an ultrasound for your fibroids, did you need a full bladder for it or no? I’ve received no instructions, but researching online lol. Also, did you get just a pelvic or a trans vaginal , or both?

For context, I’m 48… I avoided the gyno for 11 years. I finally went a month ago. Found out I tested positive for hpv and I’m CIN 3. The dr scheduled me for a leep procedure BUT in the meantime, next week I’m getting an ultrasound for fibroids (I think) that are making me look preggo and pushing on my bladder. I had zero clue I had fibroids. Just thought I had a little pooch and was peeing a lot because I’m peri menopausal lol. Anyway, given the fact that I have cinIII and fibroids, should I entertain a hysterectomy to just fix both issues? I’m scared shitless you all. I want to keep all my body parts but I also don’t want the issues. Anyone ever have both these isssues and treat both without resorting to an aggressive decision like hysterectomy?
