IRL highschool FOMO

So I feel like I've missed out my whole teenage and high school years because of covid since that happened I switched to online and never even got to try out irl school. Now I'm 18 with 10.5 credits on james madison it's too late for me to try and go back and even because covid I didn't even do middle school. I'm just wondering if you guys know any way of helping me not feel like I regret my whole life because I feel really stupid and sad because I missed alot and will never get to experience it ever again.

I have a problem remembering all the material

Anyone know any tips or tricks on how to remember material in the courses? For example, I read the course and get through it and do the quizzes and stuff then maybe like 3 days or 1 week later I just forgot what was in that course entirely. Anyone know what I can do to remember it?
