The delivery driver did not take the envelope with cash, but it was clearly visible! Maybe he thought it was just an instructional sign?

I wish there was a secure way to contact the driver like uber/lyft allows. What do you all advise I do for next time, to ensure the tip is picked up?

UPDATE: I contacted customer service, and the reason I was not able to either text the driver, or leave a tip once I downloaded the app, was because I had originally chosen “free shipping” instead of “local delivery.” Now I know I must select delivery if I want to tip through the app. I‘ve noted other helpful suggestions in this thread, too. Thank you!
