Me and my wife are very excited to move out of our apartment and into a house! However we cant decide on a layout for the living room. Major furniture purchases arent really in the budget right now.

We have: A chase couch, armchair, 2 side tables, a coffee table, and a TV stand. I do not wish to mount the TV above the fireplace.
