I’m on a bit of a weight gain journey and In the morning I’ve noticed I’ve been quite gassy, it’s nothing major but as soon as I have breakfast (shreddies, a banana and a small croissant) in the space of about 5 minutes this gas becomes hot feeling and smells very strong. Usually within an hour or so i then do a bad smelling BM. Does anybody else have this situation because it happens for me like clockwork :/
