Woke up this morning to see that my account was permanently suspended last night for being in a server that violated Discord's rules for violent and graphic content.... I had no idea about any of that - I wasn't even aware of what type of malicious intents other members of that same server were engaging in. Anyone has made similar experiences here? I already submitted an appeal via the app. But other than that, I am afraid it's out of my power to really just... do anything. But I wanted to quickly share my thoughts on this, well I just think it's absolutely unfair that Discord (or moreso their automated AI), would take action on members of a server that, while being in there, did not participate in breaking the rules. This was the case for me. They can even check the logs if they wish. I sent a max. amount of 3 messages in that server and they were me responding to another person asking me how I was doing... I was asked to join that server by somebody who had added me, whom I did not even know, and now I have to pay the consequence. For them to "assume" that just because you were a member of a certain server that broke the rules automatically means to them that you also participated in breaking said rules is quite lazy moderating on their part in my opinion.
