Long story short, from what I've been told, our neighbour's daugther brought it from the UK and carelessly planted it, now around a decade later it has spread way out of control and is actively hurting our lawn (great).

It usually has leaves but right now they are only starting to come out, note the tendrils that wrap around tree branches. On the fourth photo you can see the poor tree that has these vines climbing all the way up it, on most photos you can see a tree victim tangled in them.

Edit: I live in Poland but have been told this plant was brought from the UK, but I can't be sure, sorry.
