I currently work at Data Annotation and thought I’d apply to Alignerr. Zara cut me off while I was answering the third question. I’m a career writer and just not very good at speaking fast. I’m more thoughtful and analytical. I know I’m good at human interviews, because I’ve held high-level jobs at companies like NewsCorp, Viacom and Rainbow Holdings. I emailed support because it may have been because I took my eyes off the screen while I was thinking. I just feel like they are missing out on good people because of the AI interview process. If it had been a written test, I would have passed with flying colors - and isn’t that what they need? Okay, gripe over. Denial - in process, acceptance - still loading.
