Does everyone do a Zara interview?
I joined the platform a while ago, but I dont remember doing an interview. Is it possible that some people dont do an interview?

Today I got removed from project named TGA-CodeHuman, client being Anthropic, per hour pay was 100 USD and I have worked for over 22 hours.
When I tried to contact SME, he blocked me saying not to write in capital letters because it makes him feel that I am YELLING at him and blocked me.
Free Loaders ALIGNERR.
SME name on discord: @marq_0x7f
I am active on Outlier, RWS and Aligner passed the project assessment and all but there is no actual work to do tried data annotation but stuck on waiting for initial assessment results
Done different interviews on micro1 but mostly was not selected/under review
I am really tired
I'm trying to login with Google and clicking the button does nothing. I've tried with Chrome and Microsoft Edge and it doesn't work. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi,
I just received an email saying that my account is removed. I don't know why because I haven't received tasks for a long time and I believe I don't make any serious mistake. Does anyone face the same issue? Can I contact the Support team?
I’ve reached the point where I’ve almost lost hope of getting a project through Alignerr.
Despite having relevant professional experience and going through multiple interviews, I rarely receive any update afterward.
I did eventually get a project, worked extremely hard on the evaluation, and then the project was paused. I understand that projects change, but the overall lack of communication is frustrating.
I’m not asking Alignerr to accept everyone. I’m asking them to give people closure.
Rejected? Tell us.
Position filled? Tell us.
People invest real time in these interviews and evaluations. A simple status update would be far better than leaving applicants waiting indefinitely.
Has anyone else been experiencing this?
Here we go guys,
I got paid at A.I. data labelling. Ermis core transcription project.
Got onboarded 10 days ago.. Passed quiz mid June..
Paid this thursday-Friday..
110$ for media hr.
I did 30mins of it. so paid halfish...
Goodluck everyone..
I worked on T**g* project for over 2 months, followed all the provided rules, and put significant effort into the work.
I was suddenly removed from project without any prior warning or explanation, and I currently have around 78 hours of completed work still unpaid.
I’ve contacted support but haven’t received a clear explanation or payment timeline.
If this resulted from an automated flag or misunderstanding, I’m completely open to answering questions and providing anything needed for a manual review.
Has anyone from the Alignerr team here been able to help with cases like this?
Hello everyone,
I’d like to share some important guidelines regarding Alignerr platform violations and their potential consequences.
Alignerr is a community of subject-matter experts working together to help align AI models by creating high-quality data across various fields of expertise. These guidelines are in place to maintain a professional, trustworthy, and thriving community while ensuring that everyone has a fair opportunity to participate in projects.
Please remember that Alignerr is a professional workplace, and everyone is expected to conduct themselves accordingly. Our team is here to support you, but failure to follow these guidelines may put your account at risk.
Always maintain the highest possible standards of quality in your work. Do not intentionally submit incomplete, inaccurate, or low-quality work.
Consistently poor-quality submissions may lead to account restrictions or removal from the community. Maintaining high-quality work is essential for securing more AI projects and creating better earning opportunities for everyone.
Do not attempt to manipulate or circumvent Alignerr’s systems, including assessments, calibration projects, or the time-tracking/timer system.
Creating or operating duplicate accounts, cheating on assessments, or otherwise attempting to game the platform is strictly prohibited. Such activity may be detected through platform and screen-activity logs and can result in immediate account termination.
Always respect all applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and project confidentiality requirements.
Do not share project-related information, materials, instructions, screenshots, or other confidential content with unauthorized individuals or on public platforms, including social media, forums, or other online communities.
Violations of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community and potentially further legal action, depending on the circumstances.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and constructive attitude when interacting with other community members and the Alignerr team.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, or actions that negatively impact the community or undermine a collaborative environment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the platform.
Violations of these guidelines may result in account deactivation by the Fraud Detection Team, potentially without further review upon request.
Please follow the guidelines carefully and maintain the professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and quality standards expected of every Alignerr contributor.
The Alignerr Support Team is here to assist and support you; however, failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in permanent deactivation of your account.
Thank you for helping keep the Alignerr community professional, trustworthy, and successful.

Why didn’t I listen to other Redditors who posted about Alignerr? sigh
I worked for over 20hours, reached the Gold level in labeling work, and poof they removed my account. Not sure if I’ll ever get paid, or if they’ll ever reply to my requests for appeal.
Despite good performance, I was removed. So to those who are planning on working for Alignerr projects, let this be your little warning.
Have you ever had that Alignerr email stating that your account has been removed, appealed to support, and had it reactivated?
Wishful thinking here, I guess?
I got my first annotation job here. The pay was low as a labeler but i got promoted to reviewer in my first week. Pay rate is hourly now, around 14$, still quite low but the community is great. I like my team members, how helpful everyone is etc.
I see this as an opportunity for learning and gathering experience. Pay has been coming in regularly, and I really feel like the whole upper-team is so willing to help and teach.
Some people might’ve had some difficulties or issues with the platform, I understand that. But my experience so far has been very lovely, even with the low pay. It has been a lifesaver after a year long job drought for me.
Just wanted to share and say that… there are people with good experiences too.
Hi everyone,
My account was recently blocked with 78 total tracked hours pending across two weeks:
Support confirmed that pending hours for blocked accounts are paid out after a manual review.
For those who have gone through this:
Appreciate any experiences or advice!
received a mail today saying this "Account Flagged
We are writing to inform you that your account is flagged for review and is blocked from doing additional work.
Reason: Fraudulent activity detected
Please navigate to your Alignerr app dashboard to submit an appeal. Once submitted your account will be reviewed. If the appeal is sufficient your account will be reactivated and you can continue to work. In some cases training will also be required before work can continue."
I have no idea what this "fraudulent activity" even means, I do the tasks as said, active in discord discussions with admins and also often join the meetings
I was already doubting before joining alignerr cuz of like 100+ similar things I have seen on reddit and many other places, but thought maybe i should give it a try and see. Well I don't think this ended well.
hope we can get this resolved folks if anyone from the alignerr team is reading this. Happy to learn more about what was the actual reason for getting flagged, or if this is a glitch
UPDATE - received an update just after submitting an appeal that it's completely deactivated now. wow
Hi guys, im just getting started in this ai gig space and i wanted to gauge the working environment on this side. i've gotten 2 emails asking me to sign up to the platform dispite not even applying to a role but i checked the site and they seem to be many positions open. im currently with mercor but not sure how long it will last but the pay has been fantastic. aligner has a slightly lower payy but im wondering how y'all are working on this side and if its worth it to try? thanks in advance 😄
Who is really earning a decent wage on this project? I haven't seen anyone earning more than $4 an hour. I can't seem to understand the emphasis on quality work but then paying per task that works out to peanuts an hour.
I was actually having fun working on Alignerr. When it came to ML projects, Alignerr has the best ones. In March, I was invited to a pilot program due to my performance on past ML projects. I can't go into specifics on the project, but it was cutting edge ML work. I loved it. Over the next 4 months i would be promoted to reviewer on the project. The project was growing and we were all preparing to scale it up. Then our Labelbox employee who was overseeing the project resigned to take another position. That's great, we are happy for him. The person or people they replaced him with had to completely change the project. Ok, I am happy to help, even though we were pumping out gold.
Turns out the new leader caught some heat over something, and he started looking over everyone on the project. I was removed from the project and told it was because my LinkedIn didn't meet some impossible standard. My LinkedIn was not a priority for me, so it was outdated. I really feel like Labelbox is missing out on some real talent here, and we are real people with families to support. Being tossed aside after being a loyal worker does not sow an environment of trust.
Alignerr, please reevaluate my account and restore me to the project.
I just finished the Ermis Core Transcription Training + Final Assessment, and honestly, the way the final assessment is structured has left me surprised.
The training and assessment took me roughly 4–5 hours. The training covers very specific transcription rules, edge cases, speaker tags, backchannels, contractions, etc., and then you take a 10-clip final assessment.
The passing score is 75%.
My scores were:
Final result: 73.5% — FAIL
The issue for me is Clip 10.
The audio was extremely short and, frankly, very ambiguous - basically a brief sound. Yet it received 0% similarity. I was only 1.5 percentage points below the pass mark, and that single ambiguous clip receiving 0% pushed me into failure.
There isn't any meaningful explanation of what was considered wrong or what the reference answer was.
And this is where the assessment starts feeling problematic.
You spend several hours learning their very specific transcription conventions. Then the final assessment is only 10 clips, so each clip carries a lot of weight. Alignerr controls the rules, the reference transcription and the grading, while candidates have very little visibility into how the final score is determined.
I'm not saying I should automatically pass. If my transcription was wrong, fine. But give candidates a way to understand why. A one-second, highly ambiguous clip getting 0% similarity, with no access to the reference answer or meaningful explanation, is not a transparent way to assess.
I've also seen multiple candidates on Discord mention similar issues with the final assessment. If this is a recurring pattern, it's hard not to question whether the assessment is genuinely measuring transcription ability or simply giving Alignerr complete control over who passes.
Alignerr moderators: can you explain how Clip 10 was graded and whether you'll manually review it?
If the reference answer is objectively defensible, show us why. If the grading system is producing these outcomes, kindly acknowledge it.
Candidates are putting 4–5 hours into training and assessment and giving you huge data for AI training. They deserve more than an opaque score - especially when a single questionable clip can turn an otherwise passing performance into a failure.
Hi, I’m hoping someone from Alignerr can help me resolve a payment discrepancy for the u/CandidateEvaluation - NL - Production Labeler Role project.
According to my Labelbox records, I completed approximately 10+ hours of work on this project. However, I was only paid for 3 hours and 2 minutes.
Before the project was paused, an Alignerr FDE posted in the project’s Discord channel that there would be no review of the submissions and that we would be paid for anything we labeled, even if it was not reviewed.
I have screenshots showing:
My Labelbox recorded hours (10+ hours)
The Discord message from the Alignerr FDE confirming that all labeled work would be paid
My PayPal payment showing payment for only 3 hours and 2 minutes
I’m not trying to cause trouble or make accusations. I would simply like someone to check what happened to the remaining hours and, if they qualify under the stated payment terms, arrange payment for them.
I am happy to forward all supporting screenshots and payment records if an Alignerr representative can provide me with an email address or another appropriate way to submit them privately.
Thank you.
