Going on a family trip soon -- hygiene tips?

Hey all,

I (33F) have (mostly) worked from home since the pandemic 2020 and my depression has gotten worse in the past 2 years or so.

Showers are a thing of the past, although I'm about to set a goal for at least one a week. I change my underwear once a day, usually, and wipe down with baby wipes or no-rinse body wipes every day. I take decent care of my teeth because I'm paying out the ass for Invisalign. Obviously this is not ideal but it works for now.

I have a family trip coming up Memorial Weekend as well as the first weekend of June, and I'm staying in a hotel. You would think that the fact I will be in close quarters with others would motivate me to "just shower" but I'm so out of the habit that it feels unnatural.

Any tips/tricks for me? I need to clear up my backne (back acne) and athlete's foot since I will most likely be wearing a strapless dress with heels soon. Any advice would be appreciated.
