Bluetooth not connecting to iphone

I have an iphone 16 i just got recently and I have this macbook from 2015 (MacOS Monterey 12.7.6) I wanna specifically connect my bluetooth to my mac but it keeps saying my macbook pro is "not supported."

I want to make it work, how do I get it supported?

(P.S. I know it does not serve much purpose, but I just wanna do this so I can)
