Hi! Our wedding is in 2 weeks (23rd)! We are having it at a brewery so it’s not a traditional wedding hall,they only do buffet and we got to curate our menu with the chef. We only have one vegetarian and we have some random allergies such as mushrooms, shrimp, peanuts, etc. I can add on a food today if needed, I am worried the vegetarian won’t feel like they got a good meal. Should I add on something or is this ok as is? Here is what we’re having for our buffet:
- Mac & cheese bar (allll the toppings)
- mashed potato bar (allll the toppings)
- roasted chicken
- braised beef
- pork schnitzel
- green salad
- roasted veggies
